Qualification / Criteria:
- BE/B-Tech in CS, IT, E&TC, or MCA
- No gaps in education
- No current backlogs
- 60% and above in 10th, 12th, and Graduation (throughout)
- 2 years of Service Agreement
Skill Set Required:
- Fresh Graduate from 2023-2024 batch or above
- Computer Science/IT/E&TC/MCA background
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Passionate about learning and research
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and logical skills
Work Location: Gurgaon / Pune (India)
Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Skills: 60%
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: 25%
- Problem-solving Skills: 15%
- Design, code, unit test, and integrate Java-based applications using web services
- Actively participate in software design discussions and contribute to low-level designs
- Write functional and elegant code following appropriate design patterns
- Solve complex business problems using technology in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure project deliveries meet quality, schedule, and correctness requirements
- Work closely with client support teams and implementation architects to resolve application issues
Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of coding platforms
- Strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of software technologies and methodologies
- Understanding of object-oriented software development principles
