Customer Service Associate

Job Role: - 

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via multiple channels (voice, chat, email) related to travel bookings, including flights, hotels.
  2. Maintain a high standard of service quality, adhering to Agoda’s customer service guidelines.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.
  4. Deliver exemplary customer service via phone calls / email / social media. As part of the Contact Center team, manage phone calls /email / social media customer’s requests and handle queries about new reservations, changes to existing bookings and other services.
  5. Should be comfortable working into 24*7 rotational shift including night shifts and 2 rotational week offs.

Qualification: -

  1. Minimum HSC or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
