Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Alliance Partnership Leader with a strong focus on the Microsoft ecosystem to spearhead strategic alliances and partnerships within the India market. This role demands a visionary leader with proven expertise in building, managing, and nurturing high-impact alliances to drive mutual growth and success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Alliance Management:

  • Build and strengthen the partnership with Microsoft to unlock new revenue streams and enhance market positioning.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Microsoft-related initiatives in India, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

Business Development:

  • Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on joint business opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem to achieve growth targets.
  • Drive co-sell and co-marketing strategies to expand market presence and win key accounts.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.
  • Align partnership goals with Microsoft's go-to-market strategies to create synergy and maximize impact.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with senior executives, sales teams, and technical experts at both Microsoft and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal business units (sales, delivery, and technical teams) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of alliance initiatives.

Revenue Growth:

  • Drive measurable outcomes such as increased revenue, expanded market share, and enhanced customer satisfaction through collaborative efforts.
  • Manage and track joint business metrics, reporting outcomes and progress to stakeholders regularly.

Thought Leadership:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly in the Microsoft ecosystem, to provide insights and guide strategic decisions.
  • Represent the organization in events, forums, and Microsoft-led initiatives to build brand visibility and credibility.

 

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Extensive experience (10–15 years) in alliance management, business development, or partnerships, with significant focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft solutions, go-to-market models, and partner ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex partnership ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

 

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies or partnership programs are a plus.
