KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall, 4+ years of development experience and at least 4 years of front-end development experience
- Strong UI development experience using JavaScript, Angular Framework(mandatory), React (good to have), HTML5, CSS
- Ability to work as technical lead/architect.
- Ability to work in an agile & collaborative, global environment with other developers.
- Willingness to investigate and learn new technology.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good soft skills (personal leadership, self-driven & teamwork)

4+ years
Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
* Strong process flow and diagramming skills.
* Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Expertise in business process analysis, system analysis and data analysis
* Very proficient in developing requirements definition, functional specifications, data models and business procedures
* Proficient in software fit analysis
* Expertise in MS Office, MS Project, Visio and other PC software
* Has advanced knowledge of audit principles through extensive experience.
* Has strong understanding of the business processes in assigned areas to best implement policies and practices.

- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and software development methodologies.
