OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and solution-driven Java Consultant to join our team and support the development, integration, and optimization of Java-based applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Java technologies, excellent communication skills, and a consultant mindset to work with internal teams or clients to deliver high-quality software solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications and systems.

  • Collaborate with clients or internal teams to gather and understand business requirements.

  • Provide expert-level consulting on Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, Java EE).

  • Analyze existing applications and recommend improvements or refactoring strategies.

  • Ensure software is scalable, secure, and meets performance standards.

  • Participate in architectural decisions and solution design.

  • Support DevOps and CI/CD integration efforts.

  • Lead or contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.

  • Mentor junior developers or team members as needed.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

EXPERIENCE

  • achelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in Java development (Java SE/EE).

  • Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, MVC, Data).

  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Microservices, and web technologies.

  • Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL – e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

  • Experience with tools such as Maven/Gradle, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.

QUALIFICATION

  • BE/B Tech 
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and software development methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • 5+ years audit experience
