About the Programme
IGT Solutions, a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), is offering an exciting Learnership Programme for unemployed youth who are eager to start their careers in the call centre / customer service industry. This government-funded programme combines classroom-based training with practical on-the-job experience, equipping candidates with the knowledge, skills, and work readiness to succeed in the BPO sector.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while earning a stipend and securing practical experience in a leading international contact centre.

Minimum Requirements

Must be unemployed and available for the full 12-month duration of the programme

South African citizen, aged 18 – 27 years

Completed Grade 12 / Matric (minimum pass in English)

No prior permanent employment in a call centre environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English essential, additional languages advantageous)

Willingness to work shifts in a 24/7 BPO contact centre environment after training
