OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
IGT Solutions is looking for Executive Assistant • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner • Manage calendars and set up meetings • Make travel and accommodation arrangements • Make internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Take minutes during meetings and circulate MOM Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Organize and maintain the office filing system Coordination and Self Drafting
EXPERIENCE
1 year plus
QUALIFICATION
Graduate
ABILITIES
• Previous experience in similar role • MS Office knowledge, hands on Advance Excel • Organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Discretion and confidentiality • Must be presentable
