Job Purpose

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive data-informed decisions across the business. The role supports operational efficiency, performance reporting, and business strategy through actionable insights and visualizations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate large sets of operational and performance data from multiple sources (CRM, HR, Finance, and Operations systems).

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management and clients.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reporting activities.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for business performance deviations.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve productivity, revenue, and customer experience.

  • Support automation initiatives and assist in developing data models or forecasting tools.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a BPO, contact center, or service industry.

  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.

  • Knowledge of data management best practices and statistical analysis.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
