Key Responsibilities( But not limited to):

 

§ Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the Gurgaon region.

- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and present tailored IT services and staff augmentation solutions.

§ Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.

§ Market Analysis:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Analyze market demands and contribute insights to refine service offerings.

§ Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling collateral and participate in promotional events.

§ Custom Solutions:

- Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.

- Create and present proposals, addressing client-specific needs.

§ Contract Negotiation:

- Lead negotiations to secure contracts and agreements that are mutually beneficial.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

§ Performance Metrics:

- Track and report key performance metrics, providing regular updates on sales pipeline and achievements.

- Continuously assess and improve sales processes for enhanced efficiency.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience (12-16 years) in business development for IT services and staff augmentation.

- Strong understanding of the IT services landscape and emerging technologies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
