Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Employee engagement activities as per guidelines
-
Implementing employee engagement and communication initiatives as per guidelines
-
Implement career and succession planning as per guidelines
-
Implement organization development activities as per guidelines
-
Conducting employee satisfaction survey, propose action plans based on survey findings
-
Ensure annualized attrition control as per SLAs
-
Transition and integration activities like co-coordinating and conducting town halls, designing communication plans.
-
Assisting in implementation of ‘Sustainability Reporting’ initiatives for IGT Solutions Malaysia in co- ordination with Global HR team
-
Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies & processes for Malaysia.
-
Facilitating in dissemination of new/ revised HR policies & processes in Malaysia.
-
Resolving queries related to HR policies and processes.
-
Compiling global organization structure.
-
Responsible for preparing/ compiling HR Analytics viz; Monthly Review Decks and MIS
-
MIS required by the management as per need
-
Responsible for the induction process of senior management and office staff
-
Transition and integration activities like doing comparative analysis of HR policies & processes, manning ratios etc.

Assist in implementing annual Performance Management System across Malaysia for Non Agent staff
-
Conducting HR process audit, reporting gaps and ensuring implementation of action plans to rectify the gaps
-
Reviewing and educating locations on errors noticed and suggestions thereby.

Responsible for completing KRA setting exercise

Preparing and analyzing HR span
-
Assisting in implementation of ‘Sustainability Reporting’ initiatives for IGT Solutions Malaysia in co- ordination with Global HR team
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1 years of experience as an Assistant Manager HR, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.

Strong understanding of call center operations and metrics.
-
Mandarin Speaker is required for this role since need to deal with mandarin agents.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
-
Solid knowledge of employee relations principles and best practices.
-
Experience conducting investigations and resolving employee relations issues.
-
Strong performance management and talent development skills.
-
Knowledge of HRIS systems and data analytics.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
SHRM certification will be advantage for the role.
