Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Manager – Consulting with deep expertise in Coveo Enterprise Search & Recommendation technologies. This role will serve as a key liaison between cross-functional business teams and technical stakeholders, driving enterprise-grade search and recommendation solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring product thinking into consulting engagements and lead solution design, implementation, and strategy around enterprise search platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the consulting engagements focused on enterprise search, recommendation engines, and personalized content delivery using Coveo.

  • Translate complex business needs into functional and technical solutions leveraging Coveo's capabilities.

  • Partner with client product owners, solution architects, and engineering teams to drive search optimization and personalization strategies.

  • Own and drive the Coveo platform roadmap within client organizations, ensuring alignment with broader digital transformation initiatives.

  • Create and manage business requirements, functional specifications, and documentation for Coveo implementations.

  • Deliver consulting best practices in search tuning, relevance optimization, and user behavior analysis.

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for business stakeholders and technical users.

  • Lead POCs, performance benchmarking, and integration efforts with other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, SAP).

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables as per agreed consulting frameworks.

  • Stay updated on Coveo product releases, AI/ML advancements in search, and emerging industry trends.

EXPERIENCE

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of overall experience in consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise software delivery roles.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing or managing Coveo (Enterprise Search, Recommendations, Insight Panels).

  • Strong understanding of search-based applications, AI-driven recommendations, personalization algorithms, and content indexing.

  • Experience in integrating Coveo with platforms like Salesforce, AEM, ServiceNow, SAP, or eCommerce platforms.

  • Familiarity with usage analytics, machine learning models, and relevance tuning in Coveo.

  • Strong business acumen with ability to advise clients on search and digital experience strategy.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Experience in agile delivery environments and enterprise consulting frameworks.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coveo Developer or Architect Certification (preferred)

  • Knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, or Coveo Query Pipelines

  • Exposure to competing platforms like Lucene, Elastic, Algolia, or Solr is a plus

  • Experience in digital commerce, content management, or customer support domain preferred
