OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects. You will work closely with engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of scalable solutions, aligning technical deliverables with business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze/understand business challenges and recommend appropriate IT solutions and services, develop current and future business processes, determine interface requirements, and resolve any issues that cross multiple systems or areas which may affect the business process. Analyze/understand all data and information required for new business processes. Provide business process redesign analysis to support business changes and technology opportunities. Facilitate new business process and data requirements gathering, and resolve issues that may cross multiple systems that may affect the business process. Conduct fit gap
Analysis for software package evaluations.
EXPERIENCE
10+ years
Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
* Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Expertise in business process analysis, system analysis and data analysis
* Very proficient in developing requirements definition, functional specifications, data models and business procedures
* Expertise in MS Office, MS Project, Visio and other PC software
QUALIFICATION
- BE/B Tech
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and software development methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- 10+ years Project Management exp.
