About the Role:IGT Solutions is seeking a General Manager to lead new business growth in the TTH industry across the U.S. This is a high-impact leadership role for a technology sales professional who thrives in a strategic, consultative, and fast-paced environment.You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships with Airline /Aviation clients, and leading complex deal cycles from discovery to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and exceed sales targets across assigned U.S. regions
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities in the TTH Domain
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to define and execute GTM strategies
Lead client acquisition and retention strategies
Develop trusted relationships with CXOs and decision-makersNavigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiate large-scale deals
Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain sales performance dashboards
Continuously analyze sales metrics to optimize performance
Qualifications:
20+ years of experience in technology/IT services salesStrong domain expertise in the Airline /Aviation / Cruise Line or broader travel/hospitality industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Experience managing enterprise accounts and long sales cyclesExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Solution Selling)
Strong understanding of digital transformation trends—Cloud, AI/ML, CX platforms, etc.
