Job Role - Costumer Support Executive

Inbound Customer Service Centre

Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel / product for Customers worldwide

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Communication: Good written and oral communication skills in English
  • Education qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline
  • Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Work from office
  • 24/7 rotational shift 6 days of work
  • Weak off: -1-day rotational week off

 

Qualifications

  • Education – Graduate or Perusing, or Diploma in Aviation from a Reputed institute

Experience – 1+ Year of exp. preferred
