OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deliver scalable enterprise applications while guiding engineering best practices in Agile and DevOps environments. This role also involves mentoring developers, defining software architecture, and contributing to end-to-end solution delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
Practice Event-Driven Architecture using Kafka/RabbitMQ for distributed systems.
Write clean, secure, testable code using TDD/BDD principles (JUnit, Mockito).
Participate in HLD/LLD design, API contracts, and architectural reviews.
Integrate with cloud-native solutions on Azure (AKS, Service Bus, Functions, ADF).
Design reusable components, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering standards.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business SMEs to refine epics and user stories.
Troubleshoot production issues across backend, database, and infrastructure layers.
Mentor and support junior engineers through code reviews and best practices.
Ensure compliance with performance, security, and scalability requirements.

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
8–12 years of experience in backend or full stack development.
Strong experience in designing distributed systems and microservices.
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and containerization.
Experience working in Agile Scrum and DevOps-driven environments.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
8–12 years of experience in backend or full stack development.
Strong experience in designing distributed systems and microservices.
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and containerization.
Experience working in Agile Scrum and DevOps-driven environments.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
