OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To ensure uninterrupted business operations by providing real-time monitoring and L1/L2 production support for web and mobile applications, proactively resolving incidents, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor applications, servers, dashboards, APIs, and business transactions in real-time.

  • Provide L1/L2 production support for web and mobile applications.

  • Handle and manage Sev 1 / Sev 2 / Sev 3 incidents with timely resolution.

  • Perform incident triaging, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

  • Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, Database, and Network teams for issue resolution.

  • Monitor system alerts using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana, etc.

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and defined KPIs.

  • Prepare incident reports, RCA documents, and daily status reports.

  • Support deployment validation and production release activities.

  • Work in rotational shifts (24/7 support environment, if required).

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in Application Support / Production Support / DCC Operations.

  • Experience supporting web and mobile-based applications.

  • Hands-on experience in incident monitoring and management.
