OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Windows and Linux administration, Azure cloud services, infrastructure automation, configuration management, and CI/CD pipeline development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, managing, and securing enterprise-level systems while ensuring operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and best practices in security and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and enforce security controls, including user access management, encryption, firewalls, and endpoint hardening.

  • Conduct routine vulnerability assessments, security patching, compliance audits, and remediation.

  • Work closely with security teams to meet industry compliance standards (ISO, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, ITIL, internal audits).

  • Monitor logs using SIEM tools and respond to potential security incidents or suspicious activity.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices for identity and access management (IAM) across on-premise and cloud environments.

EXPERIENCE

  • Manage and maintain Windows and Linux environments.

  • Implement and enforce security and compliance standards across infrastructure.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot networking issues and ensure network reliability.

  • Deploy, configure, and manage cloud resources on Azure.

  • Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

  • Use Ansible/Terraform for configuration management and infrastructure-as-code.

  • Support production environments and collaborate with development and security teams.

  • Prepare documentation, SOPs, and best practices for systems and processes.

QUALIFICATION

  • 4–8 years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows/Linux administration, shell scripting, and PowerShell.

  • Extensive understanding of Azure Cloud, its services, and cloud best practices.

  • Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline development, automation, and DevOps methodologies.

  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.

  • Working experience with Ansible and Terraform for automation and IaC.

  • Good understanding of security frameworks, identity management, and compliance proce
