OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
The Business Analyst will be working on a variety of technology projects and initiatives, with a focus on Digital projects. The Business Analyst will be acting as a member of the digital technology capability team and would be responsible for identifying business needs and determining solutions while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction, innovation, relationship building, change management and driving positive results.
Facilitate and coordinate communications of high-level and detailed level requirements, specifications, diagrams, as well as data and process models to project team members.
The IT Business Analyst will also play a key role in the application support activities.
Oversees audit team's daily activities. Evaluates the effectiveness of the internal controls in addressing the risks to which our business and operations are exposed. Develops, plans, and evaluates internal audit programs for SP Global's accounting and statistical records. Performs complex audit tasks and prepares reports with the findings. Reviews audit workpapers and evidence supporting audit conclusions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of multiple medium to large-scale projects, from initiation to closure. This includes defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and success criteria. The role requires managing cross-functional teams—comprising business analysts, developers, QA specialists, and external vendors—while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana is essential to track progress and maintain transparency.
Effective stakeholder management is critical, serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and third-party partners. The role involves regular communication of project status, risks, and dependencies to executives and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed throughout the lifecycle.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee resource planning and budget control, ensuring optimal utilization while meeting financial and operational targets. Proactive risk identification and issue resolution are vital, with escalation protocols in place for critical matters.
Maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with governance frameworks and SLAs is expected. The role also involves mentoring junior project managers and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture. As a senior member of the PMO, the individual will lead by example, following best practices and driving continuous improvement.

- BE/B Tech
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and software development methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- 5+ years audit experience
