KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.

  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, offering clear updates to stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct post-project evaluations and create reports to determine areas for future improvement.

  • Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate collaboration between departments.

  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana) to track tasks and milestones.

EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in IT project management.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, or systems integration.

  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency with project management software.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
