OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
Are you confident that you can identify analytics challenges, untapped data sources and articulate the difference between causal and predictive analytics to evaluate the analytical maturity of an organization? Then IGT Solutions is seeking you for a Senior Business Analyst. You will also be pinpointing pertinent AI risks by evaluating the current data protection infrastructure and analytics technological infrastructure recognizing factors that could compromise data integrity or model transparency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients. • Review work of development team. • Recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions. • Create and execute development plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. • Ensure technical teams are contributing to our code library. • Own the development lifecycle and take responsibility of managing technical risks throughout the project. • Communicate and enforce coding standards • Perform code reviews and mentors junior developers. • Manage technical resources within budget and project schedule.
EXPERIENCE
6-8 years of relevant experience in computer technology Function as Senior SFDC Developer and suggest best-practice Salesforce.com or Force.com solutions to address user requirements Minimum of 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in Agile methodologies in a working environment – demand prioritization, planning, and execution to deliver software solutions Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce products, including Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Customer/Partner portals etc. with hands-on experience working with Force.com core technologies, including Apex, VisualForce, and the Lightning Component Framework Current Salesforce Administrator and Pd1 Certifications preferred Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, Javascript and jQuery Experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools Experience with web services (REST and SOAP, JSON and XML, etc.) Demonstrated knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools and principles, Best Practice Demonstrated success working in a team environment and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and in different geographic locations Exceptional communication and organizational skills
QUALIFICATION
• B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant professional experience.
ABILITIES
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources to decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Ability to proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers and stay current with requirements. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives across multiple time zones simultaneously. Ability to provide business analysis and create end product documentation during all stages of project lifecycle. Ability to support phased solution deliveries and implementations for enhancements to our platform, application development and change management.
