OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
IGT Solutions is looking for an exceptional Project Lead possessing in-depth technical expertise with strong leadership skills. As a Project Lead, you will ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of a small or a less complex project through monitoring, tracking, and analyzing project control metrics. We are interested in meeting you if you are a talented engineer with the knack to solve complex technical problems and can effortlessly connect with people, inspire, encourage creativity, and foster a collaborative work environment to exceed project goals. Lead the project development, production support, and maintenance activities. Ensure timesheets and invoicing processes are completed on or before the deadline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor the QA team in functional and mobile automation testing.
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing across platforms.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and quality standards.
EXPERIENCE
- Expertise in functional and automation testing (Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Strong experience in mobile testing (iOS, Android) using automation tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker).
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail).
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
QUALIFICATION
• BE / B-Tech / MCA / MTQM • Certifications: PMP, Project Management is preferred
