Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist customers with ticketing, fare information, baggage details, and other airline services.
- Resolve customer issues professionally while adhering to quality and performance standards.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow company protocols, policies, and service-level guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and rotational shift environments.
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency.
