Step 1: Hiring Process
Sourcing Candidates:
o Target Fresher’s via job portals, college drives, referrals.
o Collaborate with placement cells and training institutes.
Screening & Shortlisting:
o Spoken English
o Shift flexibility
o Transport eligibility per approved organizational hiring zone
o Basic computer literacy o Cultural / organizational fitment
Assessment & Selection:
o Round 1: TAG Lead Evaluation
o Round 2: Language test-VET (score 57-59), VWT (Basic Check), Computer Literacy check
o Round 3: V&A - CE team will take the final call along with the TAG team
