OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To ensure uninterrupted business operations by providing real-time monitoring and L1/L2 production support for web and mobile applications, proactively resolving incidents, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability and performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor applications, servers, dashboards, APIs, and business transactions in real-time.

Provide L1/L2 production support for web and mobile applications.
-
Handle and manage Sev 1 / Sev 2 / Sev 3 incidents with timely resolution.
-
Perform incident triaging, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
-
Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, Database, and Network teams for issue resolution.

Monitor system alerts using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana, etc.

Ensure adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and defined KPIs.
-
Prepare incident reports, RCA documents, and daily status reports.

Support deployment validation and production release activities.

Work in rotational shifts (24/7 support environment, if required).
EXPERIENCE
-
5 years of experience in Application Support / Production Support / DCC Operations.
-
Experience supporting web and mobile-based applications.
-
Hands-on experience in incident monitoring and management.
QUALIFICATION
• B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with excellent academic record and should have relevant IT industry exposure. • Certifications in different technologies will be preferred. • Exposure to travel domain development is preferred.
