Job Description – Cloud Engineer / DevOps Engineer

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cloud / DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, Azure, Ansible, Kafka, and ForgeRock. The ideal candidate will design, automate, and manage cloud infrastructure and security services while supporting highly available and scalable platforms. Experience with Azure Pipelines is a strong plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
• Develop and automate configuration management using Ansible.
• Implement, manage, and monitor Kafka clusters for high-throughput data streaming.
• Integrate and support ForgeRock Identity & Access Management (IAM) components.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines – good to have).
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and access controls across cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud, networking, and platform issues.
• Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to enable smooth releases.
• Maintain detailed documentation on cloud architectures, IAM configurations, and automation workflows.
• Optimize resource usage, cost, and performance across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

EXPERIENCE

• 6 to 8 years

QUALIFICATION

• B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with excellent academic record and should have relevant IT industry exposure. • Certifications in different technologies will be preferred. • Exposure to travel domain development is preferred.

ABILITIES

Good understanding of software technologies. Good understanding of object-oriented approach. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle. Good knowledge of any database vendor versions. Good knowledge of standard development tools. Proficiency to use standard computing tools word processor, spreadsheet, browser, email, and file compression software. Utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential. Self-motivated, team player, and result oriented Good communication and problem-solving skills Inspires co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellence Ability to work under tight project timelines Passion to excel Should take ownership of the assignments delegated Ability to simultaneously work with multiple stakeholders across the organization Strong analytical and logical skills to address work-related problems. Ability to solve problems quickly and completely. Good understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts. Ability to "think outside the box". Ability to prepare reports and examine setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions
