OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
The Business Analyst will be working on a variety of technology projects and initiatives, with a focus on Digital projects. The Business Analyst will be acting as a member of the digital technology capability team and would be responsible for identifying business needs and determining solutions while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction, innovation, relationship building, change management and driving positive results.
Facilitate and coordinate communications of high-level and detailed level requirements, specifications, diagrams, as well as data and process models to project team members.
The IT Business Analyst will also play a key role in the application support activities.
Oversees audit team's daily activities. Evaluates the effectiveness of the internal controls in addressing the risks to which our business and operations are exposed. Develops, plans, and evaluates internal audit programs for SP Global's accounting and statistical records. Performs complex audit tasks and prepares reports with the findings. Reviews audit workpapers and evidence supporting audit conclusions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include supporting user access review and issues management processes. Duties include reviewing access logs, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with DT and CDR teams to rectify access related issues. The ideal candidates should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data management and access management tools. Additionally, experience in cybersecurity or IT auditing is preferred, along with excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and suggest improvements. Experience with asset management processes and tools a plus
EXPERIENCE
- Educated to a minimum of Degree level in a Technology discipline and possessing 4 or more years experience in development or implementation of large scale critical infrastructure projects, as well as experience of designing and modeling complex commercial real-time and high availability systems.
- Ability to independently problem solve and be self-directed, having attention to details, and the ability to capture, organize and analyze information. Excellent knowledge of distributed computing technologies especially in the eCommerce/Internet space.
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
QUALIFICATION
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and software development methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills
