Module Lead

OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a software engineering environment designing and developing software application features. 

• You are a highly experienced C# developer, with a thorough knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, including design and architecture. 

• Solid knowledge of SOA: XML Web Services, SOAP, REST, Windows Services. 
• Basic knowledge of Signal R, Rabbit MQ and MSMQ would be an added plus.

• TDD/Unit Testing, Inversion of Control, Dependency Injection, Contract-First design, Micro Services design, SQL Server, Continuous Integration and Automated UI Tests. 

• You have worked in a SCRUM/KANBAN based team and been a part of Product Development team for a long term, i.e. continuously enhancing a specific product with new features, preferable in an agile way then you are the person we are looking for. 

You are detail-oriented with good English communication skills.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• You thrive in a team environment where communication and being a team player is paramount.  

• Demonstrate the ability to apply application design concepts and design patterns 

• Advanced knowledge of version control / source code management (SVN & Git preferred) 

• Ability to coordinate multiple technical streams of work to produce a complete solution 

• Ability to estimate and lead the estimation process for small initiatives 

• Ability to work well both independently or as a member of a team. 
• Have good knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps, Git, and IIS.
• Ability to write and analyse CI/CD Pipeline (YAML scripts)
• Ability to write and analyse PowerShell scripts.

EXPERIENCE

• You will be writing and delivering code for features and modules, debug existing code and modules and provides technical guidance to less experienced Developers 

• You will play an essential role in developing new products from scratch, working on the enhancements of the existing product solutions and actively involved in design decisions with stakeholders.  

• You will be the Lead on the estimation process and develop and validate estimates for technical work that will be undertaken. 

• You will need, to be participating in analysis of requirements for designing new application and system features. 

• You will work as part of an Agile team.
