Role Summary: We are looking for an energetic Senior Executive - Payroll to join our HR Shared Services team and manage payroll and related activities across our onsite locations, including Romania, South Africa, and Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR, payroll, and employee financial accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
What You Would Be Doing?

Payroll Management: Oversee HR and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.

Employee Financial Accounting: Manage employee financial accounting and related transactions to ensure proper payroll processing.

Reporting: Generate and publish weekly/monthly dashboard reports to track and report payroll status and compliance.

Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze payroll data and support reporting needs, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR or Finance.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in HR, Payroll, and Employee Financial Accounting.

Prior experience working in payroll for onsite locations (Romania, South Africa, Colombia) is desirable but not mandatory.

Skills:

Strong proficiency in Excel, including expertise in data management and reporting.

Ability to manage payroll activities across multiple countries and adhere to local compliance standards.
