KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience: 15+ years in Airline Operations / IROPs

Role Overview:
Looking for an SME to drive disruption management strategies for airline operations. The role involves improving recovery processes during delays/cancellations, ensuring passenger reaccommodation, and supporting digital/automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recovery planning during flight disruptions (delays, cancellations, IROPs).

  • Collaborate with Ops Control, Crew, and Customer Service for swift resolution.

  • Define best practices for passenger reaccommodation and crew/resource planning.

  • Provide SME insights for digital tools and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in airline operations & disruption management.

  • Knowledge of PSS/reaccommodation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Navitaire, etc.).

  • Excellent problem-solving & stakeholder management skills.
