OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performing applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with business requirements and technical standards. The role demands strong coding skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain web-based and enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API).

Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and internal systems.

Implement and follow coding best practices and design patterns (e.g., Repository Pattern, Unit of Work, etc.).

Work with frontend frameworks (React / Angular – as applicable) to build responsive user interfaces.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA engineers, and other developers to ensure on-time delivery.

Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.

Work with databases (SQL Server, Entity Framework) to design schemas, write queries, stored procedures, and optimize performance.

Participate in system design, technical documentation, and deployment planning.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.

Follow Agile/Scrum development methodology for sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Ensure application security and compliance standards are met.

Use version control systems (Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps) for source code management and CI/CD pipelines.
