OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Test Analyst with 4 to 5 years of experience in automation, performance, and functional testing. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in testing modern applications, including frontend interfaces, microservices, and serverless architectures. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software by developing test strategies, creating and maintaining test scripts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases

Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test data
-
Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts

Develop and maintain test automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, or similar

Perform regression, integration, and system testing

Contribute to CI/CD pipeline by integrating automation scripts
EXPERIENCE
-
2–5 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation)

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Postman, RestAssured, or JMeter

Good understanding of Java/Python for automation scripting

Experience testing web and API-based applications

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Git, etc.

Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation

- BE/B Tech
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and software development methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- 5+ years audit experience
