OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Test with 5 to 6 years of experience in automation, performance, and functional testing. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in testing modern applications, including frontend interfaces, microservices, and serverless architectures. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software by developing test strategies, creating and maintaining test scripts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Automation Test Analyst Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation scripts using Java, Selenium, TestNG, Maven, and JMeter.
- Automate testing for frontend applications, microservices, and serverless systems.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.

Functional Test Analyst Responsibilities:
- Create and execute functional test plans and test cases for enterprise applications.
- Ensure test coverage for business-critical systems like Crew Management Systems.

Performance Test Analyst Responsibilities:
- Execute performance testing using JMeter and other performance testing tools.
- Test REST APIs using tools like Postman and validate API performance under varying loads.
EXPERIENCE
- 4–5 years of QA experience with a mix of automation, performance, and functional testing.
- Proficiency in Java and test automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, Maven).
- Experience with performance testing using JMeter and API testing using Postman.
- Hands-on testing experience in frontend, microservices, and serverless architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum/Kanban teams.
- Strong understanding of test documentation and defect management practices.
- Experience working with Crew Management Systems is desirable.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
