Scope of Work
Technology Integration for Airline Airport Operations:
Work with Client’s client(s) (airlines and aviation stakeholders) to understand airline airport operational requirements and help in translating them into technical solutions in consultation with technical experts.
Training and Change Management:
Provide training to internal Client personnel on airline airport management technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and effective usage of the domain knowledge.
Consultation and Solution Design:
Provide domain expertise to the Client’s clients and internal Client teams in developing IT solutions that improve the efficiency, safety, and reliability of airline airport operations.
Lead the functional design and implementation of bespoke solutions for airline aircraft scheduling, runway utilization, and taxiway operations.
Consult with airlines, airports, and ground handling companies to define business requirements and align them with technical capabilities.
Innovation and Emerging Technologies:
Provide functional domain expertise to explore and adopt new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), and automation to enhance airline airport operations.
Client Relationship and Business Development:
Assist with proposals by adding domain expertise and exploring new business opportunities.
Support RFP responses and documentation formulation to strengthen business proposals.
Act as a domain expert in Client’s client(s) meetings, offering functional expertise during the pre- sales, sales, and post-sales phases.
Help in developing strong Client’s client(s) relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure long- term collaboration and satisfaction with Client and its solutions.
Identify opportunities for additional IT services and solutions to enhance airline airport operations, helping the organization expand its footprint in the aviation industry.
Responsible for identifying solution gaps and refining use cases to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
