OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API, MVC, SQL Server, and Azure, with a proven track record of working in Agile environments and driving end-to-end project execution. Experience in application modernization, performance optimization, and deployment automation is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API.

• Modernize legacy applications by migrating to newer .NET frameworks and microservices architectures.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures on SQL Server.

• Build background processes and scheduling solutions using Worker Services or Hangfire.

• Integrate third-party APIs and implement secure, scalable web services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Business Analysts, and DevOps to meet delivery timelines.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.

• Automate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, perform code reviews, and improve application performance.

• Provide production support, bug fixes, and implement system enhancements.

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years
• C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API
• MS SQL Server (2014–2019) – Query Optimization, Stored Procedures
• GitHub/Bitbucket, Azure DevOps
• REST Services, Microservices basics
• Agile (Scrum) methodology
• Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Strong process flow and diagramming skills.
• Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Expertise in business process analysis, system analysis and data analysis
• Very proficient in developing requirements definition, functional specifications, data models and business procedures
• Proficient in software fit analysis
• Expertise in MS Office, MS Project, Visio and other PC software
• Has advanced knowledge of audit principles through extensive experience.
• Has strong understanding of the business processes in assigned areas to best implement policies and practices.
