OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Talend Data Integration and enterprise ETL solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering BI/DW solutions, managing ETL projects end-to-end, and leading teams to ensure seamless integration, migration, and transformation of data across multiple environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Talend ETL jobs, frameworks, and integration pipelines.
Define and enforce ETL best practices, coding standards, and documentation guidelines for the development team.
Oversee data migration projects, ensuring minimal downtime, accurate transformation, and consistency between source and target systems.
Coordinate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into robust ETL solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers, fostering skills growth and efficient team collaboration.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes for high-volume data loads and transformations.
Manage deployment and testing of Talend jobs; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure smooth integration, high availability, and security of the Talend environment.
Deliver project status updates and risk assessments to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely delivery.

EXPERIENCE

7+ years of hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL architecture, and data modeling
Experience with cloud-based ETL deployments (AWS S3, Redshift) and SAP data integration
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage end-to-end ETL lifecycles, from design to production support

QUALIFICATION

7+ years of hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL architecture, and data modeling
Experience with cloud-based ETL deployments (AWS S3, Redshift) and SAP data integration
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
